Lynn Ambler
Lynn is currently 
working as a Senior Educational Psychologist in Wakefield where besides having a generic caseload she takes responsibility for Quality Assurance in the service. In addition to qualification as an EP Lynn has an MSc in Education Management. Her previous teaching and subsequent educational psychology experience has, over almost 40 years been in the former mining communities of South and West Yorkshire. In these communities and particularly in the Dearne Valley Lynn has served on many community groups such as Women’s Aid, the Stonham Housing Association, Woodland Outreach learning Foundation and the Cooperative Education Committee. Lynn is currently a community governor at her local secondary school and leads as SEN governor. She is married to Brian with whom she has shared an active life in politics for 40 years.
