Stuart Moules was born in Darwin, Australia. He studied politics at Bristol University and then at Bradford University’s Department of Peace Studies, and then undertook an LLM in Employment Law at the University of Central Lancashire which he completed in 2004.

He is married to Vivien, and has a seven-year old son, Dominic. Stuart worked in Social Services and the voluntary sector before becoming active in union work. He has worked for UNISON and NASUWT, before coming to the AEP in 2007. He was employed as a specialist employment law caseworker by the CAB in Windermere.

Stuart has just been added to the Employment Tribunal Service in Newcastle and Carlisle.
