The IPPR Commission on Economic Justice found that the UK economy is not working. It is no longer delivering a rising standard for a majority of us. The Commission also argued that a fair economy is a strong economy.
IPPR is delighted to invite you to Economic Justice for the North East, an event involving people from across the North East in a discussion about economic justice, what justice could mean for the region and how it can be achieved
Beth Farhat, TUC Northern Secretary, will be joined by North of Tyne Mayor Jamie Driscoll, along with speakers from business, civil society and the third sector to respond to your questions and ideas on the fairness and prosperity of the region's economy.
Join IPPR on Wednesday 19th June, 17:30-20:00 at The Biscuit Factory in central Newcastle to put your questions to policymakers and community leaders.
This invitation is open to all and tickets are free. However, as space is limited we recommend registering to confirm your place.
