Courses & Conferences
Costs
The cost will be £60 + VAT per week.
More than one consecutive week can be offered on the following basis:
1st week £60 plus vat
2nd week £40 plus vat
3rd and subsequent weeks £30 plus vat
Adverts can be up to 200 words - and may include a logo and weblink (£10 for every additional 10 words or part of 10 words).
What's included?
- AEP Members are sent an email link alert to inform them that the advert is available online to view
- Adverts are online for one week from the email alert to members, unless requested for longer.
- Adverts are placed on our website within two working days of submission (subject to terms and conditions being satisfied including those relating to payment)

Costs
Adverts of up to 200 words* including artwork and contact details = £150 + VAT for one week and £100 + VAT for every consecutive week following.
Adverts of up to 200 words* including artwork and links = £300 + VAT for one week and £200 + VAT for every consecutive week following.
Adverts of up to 200 words* including artwork and attachments = £300 + VAT for one week and £200 + VAT for every consecutive week following.
Adverts of up to 200 words* including artwork, links and attachments = £450 for one week and £275 + VAT for every consecutive week following.
*Any word count above 200 will be charged at £10 per 10 words (e.g. an additional 5 words = £10).
What's included?
- The costs quoted include an organisation logo
- Members are sent an email link alert to inform them that the advert is available online to view;
- Adverts will be placed on our website for one week from the email alert to members;
- Adverts will be placed on our website within two working days of submission (subject to terms and conditions being satisfied including those relating to payment)
- We will require a purchase order and invoice address to proceed. If you do not use purchase orders then confirmation of this will be sufficient.
Terms & Conditions
The AEP can only accept an advert when it is sent to us with an official company purchase order, which includes both a purchase order number and billing address. Please ensure the belling address is included - as we cannot accept email addresses.
If a purchase order is not available then payment can be made up front through BACS.
Once your payment has been confirmed by the AEP then the advert can be placed. Please advise the AEP when you have made your payment so records can be checked.
For organisations who have no credit history with the AEP then payment must be made up front before placing an advert either through BACs or credit card.
