This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, highly supportive Educational Psychology Service where you'll have the opportunity to influence practice, develop new ways of working and improve outcomes for children and young people across education, health and social care.

Our Educational Psychology Service is recognised for being inclusive, person-centred and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on early intervention, belonging and relationship-based practice.

What we're looking for
We're seeking a qualified Educational Psychologist, or a trainee nearing qualification, who is passionate about applying psychology to create meaningful change.

You'll be someone who:

  • Builds strong, trusting relationships with children, families and professionals
  • Enjoys collaborative consultation and systemic working
  • Values evidence-informed and strengths-based practice
  • Wants to contribute to innovative service development

Salary: Soulbury A3-8 £51,148 - £61,742 
(inclusive of London Weighting and Essential Car User Allowance)

Location: Time Square, Bracknell (Hybrid working)

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Flexible Hours/Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week
