Nottingham City EPS
Working in Nottingham means working in a culturally vibrant and diverse city. We have a strong tradition of working collaboratively and creatively to improve the inclusion of all children in our city, and this is highly regarded by our settings and the Council. Our team is warm, friendly and reflective, and we value a range of professional practices and contributions that help to improve children’s lives.

Our dynamic approach ensures EPs engage in traded, early intervention work, projects and other activities as well as having time dedicated to statutory duties- offering a varied and engaging work experience for our team. Our EPs regularly work together to facilitate processes such as Circles of Adults, PATHs and MAPs as well as having dedicated peer supervision time to support each other. Team wellbeing is a priority for us at Nottingham City and we ensure our EPs have supportive supervision, contingency time, CPD and development opportunities.

To the best of our knowledge, the adverts on this website are ‘legal, decent, honest and truthful’. Except where otherwise stated, all posts carry a salary that is at or above the nationally agreed Soulbury minimum for the post. Members should assure themselves that they are satisfied with the terms and conditions offered. Members are advised to consider fully the implications of successful applications particularly in relation to posts which would entail a move outside the UK, where legislation and cultural issues in other countries should be considered in relation to their personal circumstances. “From time to time, the AEP will carry adverts for agencies supplying EPs to local authorities. Where this is the case, we will have secured agreement from the agency that they will not supply EPs to those authorities we remain in dispute with.
