Are you an experienced Educational Psychologist ready for a senior leadership role—or looking for your first promoted post?
Join Lewisham’s warm, inclusive and creative Educational Psychology Team. This short-term, part-time role will increase capacity in the EP Service’s senior leadership team while the Principal Educational Psychologist leads on Experts at Hand, Lewisham’s developing multidisciplinary approach to supporting inclusion. A short-term post might be of interest to someone thinking about moving into leadership, it might also appeal to those who would like to work in Lewisham and shape the new ways of working. It is currently offered as a 12-month post and whilst we cannot guarantee its continuation at this time other opportunities might follow. It is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your leadership and management experience, support service development and help shape our response to national SEND reform.
We welcome applications from local-authority EPs and from colleagues working in the private or voluntary sector who would like to be part of the reshaping of local authority EP services. If this is your first senior post, you will be supported to develop through induction, peer support, supervision and access to leadership development.
The role
Working closely with the Principal EP, Deputy Principal EP and Senior EP colleagues, you will:

About you
We are looking for an HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist with at least four complete (full-time) years’ local-authority experience. You will bring:
