Please use the form below to upload information about the job vacancy you'd like to advertise on the AEP website.

Important notice

From 1 January 2023, we will be changing our advertising rates. This is for any adverts received after 1 January and does not apply to existing adverts.

NEW RATES AS FOLLOWS (from January 2023): 

Adverts up to 500 words- £700
Adverts up to 800 words - £900
(£10 for every 10 words, or part of, thereafter)

Discounts:

  • Where approved a 10% agency discount is available;
  • Re-advertisements receive a 25% discount (before agency discount) if re-advertised within one month of the previous advert expiring;
  • Please note titles, URL links, closing dates are not included in the word count.

CURRENT :
Adverts of up to 500 words max cost £700 plus VAT
(£10 for every additional 10 words or part of 10 words)

What's included?

The following are included in the advertised costs:

  • The  advert will remain online for one month, or until the closing date (whichever is the sooner);
  • Any relevant logo and a web link to the application;
  • Inclusion in our weekly vacancy member email alert, informing members that the new advert is online (with a link), including weekly reminder emails until its closing date;

Terms & Conditions

Payment:

  • Purchase Order (PO) - The AEP will only accept an advert when it is sent to us with an official company purchase order, which includes both a purchase order number and billing address.
  • Payment up front - If a purchase order is not available then payment must be through BACS.
    Once your payment has been confirmed by the AEP then the advert can be placed. Please advise the AEP when you have made your payment so records can be checked.
  • Credit history - For organisations who have no credit history with the AEP then payment must be made by BACs, before placing an advert.

Timescales
Adverts will appear on our website within 3 working days of adverts being approved by the AEP (please note our offices are closed on weekends and public holidays).

Salary of advertised roles
If the role you are advertising is not paid on Soulbury pay scales, terms and conditions this will also be highlighted. All roles advertised on the AEP website must pay above the agreed Soulbury minimum salary.

Notices to applicants
Please note, the following notices will be added to all job adverts. Please contact us if this is an issue.

  • All practising Educational Psychologists in the UK must be registered with the HCPC.
  • An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check is required to work as an Educational Psychologist in the UK.
