Joining our Hampshire Educational Psychology (HEP) team as a Senior Educational Psychologist (SEP), you will take on a leadership role within a highly regarded, forward thinking service.

As a member of the Hampshire Leadership Team (HLT), working within one of our area teams based in Winchester, Havant or Basingstoke, you will help shape the strategic direction of the service, support colleagues and contribute to the development of inclusive practices across Hampshire.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide leadership and strategic input as part of HEP’s supportive Hampshire Leadership Team.
  • Work alongside the Area Senior Educational Psychologist, taking on supervision and line management responsibilities within the local Educational Psychology team.
  • Contribute to leadership and coordination of HEP-wide initiatives and projects, (for example, linked to commissioned services and/or service development plan activities).
  • Deliver a high-quality educational psychology service to schools and settings.

What we’re looking for:

  • HCPC registered, experienced Educational Psychologist.
  • A collaborative, strengths-based practitioner with a commitment to inclusion.
  • Experience in, or a strong interest in developing, professional and line management supervision skills.
  • A reflective, values driven professional focused on supporting children and young people to flourish.

You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire and must hold a valid driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
