Lewisham EPS is looking for 2 maingrade EPs to join our friendly and innovative team.
We have one vacancy in our core team that we would like to fill (Years 2 and 3 TEPs please apply) and an exciting opportunity for a qualified EP who would like to take a step towards building their experience and expertise in a specialised area of practice.
Lewisham EPS is forward thinking, and we are pro-actively preparing for the coming SEND reforms.
We understand the stress involved in local authority working and we do not ignore it. Thoughtful leadership and supervision are central to our offer to all our team. The senior team have actively embraced The Team as a Secure Base model and this influences decision making and support. We have reviewed our time allocation model to ensure that EPs in our team have balance and satisfaction in their work tasks. We are aware of what needs to improve and are in the second year of our Service Development Plan which supports improvement.
We are committed to being actively anti-racist EPs and will develop your practice in this area. We demand commitment from all our EPs to engage in self-reflection, reflexivity and life-long learning.
If you are interested in this model of service delivery, if this sounds like the job you trained for, please follow the links above to the full adverts.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.

To the best of our knowledge, the adverts on this website are ‘legal, decent, honest and truthful’. Except where otherwise stated, all posts carry a salary that is at or above the nationally agreed Soulbury minimum for the post. Members should assure themselves that they are satisfied with the terms and conditions offered. Members are advised to consider fully the implications of successful applications particularly in relation to posts which would entail a move outside the UK, where legislation and cultural issues in other countries should be considered in relation to their personal circumstances. “From time to time, the AEP will carry adverts for agencies supplying EPs to local authorities. Where this is the case, we will have secured agreement from the agency that they will not supply EPs to those authorities we remain in dispute with.
