Here in Milton Keynes Educational Psychology Service, we are looking for creative and motivated educational psychologists to join our friendly team, where diverse psychological approaches and professional interests are valued.
We have a vacancy for a Senior Leadership Educational Psychologist.
In MK EPS, we are committed to early intervention and preventative working, including a focus on training, capacity building, and systemic projects. As a Senior Leadership Educational Psychologist, you will provide strategic and operational leadership within the Educational Psychology Service, including line management, professional supervision, service development and quality assurance. You’ll lead the Service's contribution to Milton Keynes Virtual School, Social Care and Fostering Services, developing evidence-informed approaches that improve outcomes for children and young people known to social care, including those in care, on the edge of care, previously looked after and returning to birth families. Through consultation, supervision, training, therapeutic pathways and multi-agency collaboration, you’ll build the capacity of professionals and carers, promote inclusion, resilience and educational achievement, and ensure high-quality psychological support for some of Milton Keynes' most vulnerable children and young people.

Salary: Soulbury Scale B - points 3-6 (plus up to 3 SPA points)
