Psychology Direct - Educational Psychologists (UK wide)
We are looking to develop a small group of Educational Psychologists (EPs) to work across Oasis Academies and other multi-academy trusts in a role that combines direct casework with systemic and strategic impact.
This opportunity is ideal for EPs who value thoughtful, responsive practice and wish to work with large secondary schools in Greater Manchester and other geographical areas. These schools serve communities facing significant socioeconomic disadvantage and learners with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The Role:
- Capacity: Equivalent to approximately two days per week.
- Location: A hybrid pattern across Greater Manchester and other areas, involving both online and face-to-face work.
- Rate: £500 to £550 per day.
- Key Tasks: Individual assessments, multi-agency formulation, consulting with staff and families, and helping schools plan and evaluate needs-led approaches.
We are looking for EPs who are comfortable working across different levels of intervention, value relational practice, and can think systemically.
