The Opportunity 
Psychology Direct is enjoying unprecedented growth and we are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Senior Management Team. We need an experienced individual who combines operational know-how with strong strategic vision to help steer our service delivery into 2026.

The Role
This is a rare opportunity to step away from routine casework and focus on Strategy, Quality Assurance, and Leadership. You will work directly with the Education Team and Senior Leadership to enhance our offering within the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Mentoring: Induct, coach, and guide our network of Associate EPs, ensuring they consistently meet client expectations.
  • Complex Consultation: Support EPs with complex cases requiring senior oversight.
  • Professional Standards: Lead the development of CPD programmes and provide supervision to other professionals.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes across all Local Authorities to ensure our consultation model remains industry-leading.
  • Strategic Input: Drive business objectives and contribute technical expertise to bidding and tendering processes.

Requirements 
You must be a qualified Educational Psychologist registered with the HCPC and hold an enhanced DBS. Experience in leadership, management, and supervision is essential. We are looking for a collaborative practitioner with excellent creative problem-solving skills.
