Are you an Educational Psychologist (EP) passionate about applying psychology to make a difference for children, families, and schools? Real Group, founded and run by EPs, is seeking talented individuals to join our team as employed Senior EPs, Team or Systems Leaders,  maingrade EPs, or freelance roles.

Next Steps:

Full/part-time opportunities available, with negotiable salaries for employed roles (plus pension).  Salary range £54K to £70K dependent on previous experience and agreed role responsibilities - leadership and no leadership options available.
