Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our Psychology and Therapeutic Services Leadership Team, you will:

  • strengthen our integrated community model through strategic partnerships
  • inspire and support your team via supervision, innovation, and systemic thinking
  • lead early intervention efforts through joint initiatives across Inclusion Services
  • champion a specialist area within your senior portfolio
  • shape and develop our core, commissioned and traded services
  • improve outcomes by enhancing Quality Assurance systems. 

You must be professionally qualified and HCPC registered.

Salary: Soulbury Scale B Pts 6-9 / £63,394 - £66,748 per annum (pro rata for part-time) 
Plus 3 SPA points, point 1 awarded after one year and point 2 after two years

Hours:  37 hours per week - flexible working options available
