Leaders in Care - Autism & ADHD: Disentangling Diagnostic Complexities

Join us for a free webinar designed for clinicians involved in the assessment, diagnosis and support of autism and ADHD. Presented by Emma Woodhouse, internationally recognised ADOS-2 and ADI-R Trainer and member of the UK ADHD Partnership (UKAP), this session will explore similarities, overlaps and differences in autism and ADHD, and diagnostic considerations when assessing for both conditions.  

This interactive session is aimed at Clinical Psychologists, Educational Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals working within neurodevelopmental services. Attendees will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of differential diagnosis, explore common diagnostic challenges, and reflect on best practice approaches to assessment.

  • Understanding the core presentation of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Exploring the overlap and co-occurrence of autism and ADHD
