AEP Annual Conference 2026: 12th & 13th November

We are delighted to be hosting this year’s annual conference in person on 12th & 13th November at the Crowne Plaza hotel, near Reading.

As in previous years there will be a diverse mixture of keynote speaker sessions, workshops and seminars, activities and many opportunities for networking.

The Association's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as part of the conference this year, and will take place after conference sessions on Thursday 12th November. We encourage all members to take part in our AGM - even if you're not able to attend the conference. It is an essential part of making decisions and shaping the future work of the AEP.

Draft programme and timings, and a call for seminar submissions from members will be shared soon.

Registration will open shortly and members will be sent a link to book their place.
Please note: places are limited, and we encourage members who live locally to consider attending as a day delegate.
