How you'll make a difference
As a solution-focused and innovative Senior Educational Psychologist (EP), you will work with schools and settings to promote child development and learning through the application of psychology. As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of the service across a range of areas, including professional development, work planning, quality assurance and evaluating impact. Working alongside experienced and supportive colleagues with a broad range of skills and expertise, you will contribute to a service that is well regarded locally and offers a varied workload through established trading arrangements with schools and SEND Clusters, alongside opportunities to support wider local authority strategic priorities.
This role offers the opportunity for an EP looking to take the next step into a leadership position within a psychology service at a time of change, as we continue to implement the SEND Reforms over the coming years. A programme of leadership and management support and development will be available to help you succeed in the role.

Where this is the case, we will have secured agreement from the agency that they will not supply EPs to those authorities we remain in dispute with.
