Hammersmith and Fulham EPS are looking for a creative and enthusiastic EP to join our team here in West London.
We are a consultation-based service with a high level of commissioned time in our schools, enabling a broad range of creative, systemic and preventative work as well as project work within the borough. EPs are encouraged to develop in their areas of professional interest and all team members have the opportunity to train in Video Interaction Guidance, psychological supervision and SCERTS. We also have a well-established ELSA programme with many of our EPs providing ELSA supervision and training. We also provide supervision groups for our local SENCos. Alongside our traded offer, schools also benefit from a free offer of protected time for whole school development. Next year this input will focus on strengthening the sense of belonging in our school communities.
As a service, we are very supportive of TEPs, currently supporting trainees in Years 1, 2 and 3 and have strong links with the London courses. We have EPs working within our Virtual School, Youth Justice Service and Early Years Services.
We particularly welcome applications from members of minoritised communities as we continue to build an EPS team that reflects the diversity of the population we are working with.
We are a small, supportive and sociable team based in central west London with a whole range of leisure, hospitality and retail therapy facilities right on our doorstep.
Applicants must be professionally qualified educational psychologists and registered with the HCPC, or be in their final year of training on a professional Educational Psychology Doctoral programme.
