Futures in Mind is a values-led independent educational psychology practice working alongside schools across Lincolnshire, Rutland, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Leicestershire.

The Role
You will work alongside schools to provide:
- Consultation with school staff and leadership teams
- Psychological assessment and formulation
- Intervention planning and support
- Training and psychologically informed guidance for staff
The role emphasises early intervention, consultation and collaborative problem-solving within school communities.

Who We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from recently qualified and experienced Educational Psychologists.
Applicants must:
- Be HCPC registered (or eligible for registration)
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work across a range of educational settings
- Hold a full UK driving licence
