We are delighted to be hosting this year’s annual conference virtually on the afternoons of 12th, 13th and 14th November. We are pleased to announce that the theme of our 2025 conference will "Educational Psychology 2025 and Beyond", focusing on a look ahead to the future and potential for our profession.
As in previous years there will be a diverse mixture of keynote speaker sessions, workshops and seminars, activities and networking.
The Association's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online as part of the conference this year, and will take place from 4:45pm on Thursday 13th November. We encourage all members to take part in our AGM - it is an essential part of making decisions and shaping the future work of the AEP.
We'll ensure regular breaks throughout the conference sessions available to avoid screen fatigue, and the online platform, hosted by Crowdcomms, will offer a range of ways to engage with other members are navigate content during breaks and after the event.
We hope that the virtual format, split across three days, will enable access to the conference for a wide range of members and look forward to welcoming you all to what is sure to be a rewarding and inspiring three days.

Members are invited to submit seminars or workshops for presentation at the online conference. If you have an idea, a piece of work, or a perspective that could help us explore the future of educational psychology, we want to hear from you!
We invite submissions that explore the evolving landscape of educational psychology and the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. We are particularly interested in workshops that align with the conference theme and engage with topics including:
This is a unique opportunity to reflect on where we are heading as a profession and to shape the dialogue about what educational psychology will look like in the coming years.
We welcome submissions from practitioners and researchers at all career stages and especially encourage Trainee Educational Psychologists (TEPs) and newly qualified EPs to share their research, experiences, and insights.
Submissions should include both a title and an abstract of between 200 - 300 words. All sessions will be approximately 45 minutes and it's your choice how to structure these and use your time.
