Are you an Educational Psychologist (EP) passionate about applying psychology to make a difference for children, families, and schools? Real Group, founded and run by EPs, is seeking talented individuals to join our team as employed Senior EPs, Team or Systems Leaders,  maingrade EPs, or freelance roles.

You'll work sensitively with children, schools, and families, applying psychology innovatively, and supporting the research and academic skills of other professionals. We champion evidence-based ethical practice and integrated psychological approaches.

Your role will include direct service provision, seeking new commissions, international work, and the development and opportunity for delivery of postgraduate level training.

Next Steps:
We are committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and follow safer recruitment practices. Applicants must be professionally qualified and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). All successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check. Full/part-time opportunities available, with negotiable salaries for employed roles (plus pension).  Salary range £54K to £70K dependent on previous experience and agreed role responsibilities - leadership and no leadership options available.
