Webinar: Supporting School Leaders to Build a Neuro-Inclusive Culture: Lessons Learnt

22/09/2026

This webinar will explore how a local authority inclusion service team used community co-production and participatory approaches to support leaders from education and health settings to reflect on their neuro-inclusive practice.

The session will share lessons learnt from designing and embedding an inclusive model of working that places lived experience at the centre of decision-making. Participants will gain insight into the community co-production process, the development of Luton’s neurodiversity-affirming handbook as a tool for empowering young people’s voices. This session will also share how this work has started to shape more neuro-inclusive cultures across schools and services.

This webinar may be of interest to professionals in the EP community who are considering their own role in their local Experts at Hand (E@H) model.
