Apply Here

Telford & Wrekin Educational Psychology Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Educational Psychologist to join our growing, innovative and highly regarded team as a Specialist Senior EP. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced maingrade EP or senior practitioner looking to develop a strategic leadership role while maintaining direct work with children, young people, families and schools.

Working within our collaborative, consultation-based model, you will combine statutory and traded EP work with leadership of a specialist area of practice. Areas of specialism could include Learning and Play, Neurodiversity, Youth Justice, Preparation for Adulthood, or Early Years; we want to hear about your passions and help your career to grow.

We are looking for an experienced HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist who is passionate about inclusion, evidence-informed practice, and system-wide impact. You will be skilled at building strong partnerships with schools, families and multi-agency colleagues, and committed to translating strategic vision into meaningful life outcomes for children and young people.

What we offer:

  • A highly respected, innovative and supportive EP service.
  • Outstanding Children’s Services (Ofsted rated Outstanding).
  • Flexible hybrid working and excellent work-life balance.
  • High-quality supervision, peer support and CPD opportunities.
  • Opportunities to lead service innovation and strategic developments.
  • Local Government Pension Scheme, travel expenses and HCPC registration fees.

Join a service that values connection, autonomy, creativity and compassion, and help us make a lasting difference to children, young people and families across Telford & Wrekin.
