You will be providing educational psychology practice to the schools in your region. You will work creatively and systemically, providing consultation, direct work with young people, and training for staff, to embed strategies that foster meaningful change. We have a strong focus on CPD and research at Keys, so will be encouraged to engage in regular CPD and research interests appropriate to the Keys Group.
This is a great opportunity to be part of developing and embedding our educational psychology service to enhance the education and care provided to our children and teams. The successful candidate will work closely with our Principal EP and Assistant Psychologists, as well as being able to collaborate with other clinical colleagues including SALTs and OTs. There will be ongoing opportunities to contribute to the development of the service both locally and nationally, as well as providing supervision to team members. About you
As a HCPC registered Educational Psychologist, you will share our view that all children and young people deserve to be fully included and thrive within their educational setting. You will ideally have experience and knowledge of working in creative and innovative ways to support education teams in delivering relational approaches and meeting a wide variety of needs including SEMH.
This is a flexible and varied role that will appeal to Educational Psychologists who enjoy working systemically including developing and delivering training and using consultation to bring about positive change for young people.

Due to the nature of the role, it is necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken (DBS).
