Principal Educational Psychologist – Strategic Lead

As the Strategic Lead for Rotherham’s Educational Psychology Service, you will play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery and driving improvements in educational outcomes for children and young people. This is a key leadership position within the Local Authority, working closely with other SEND managers to influence wider systemic developments.

You will bring a strong values-based approach to leadership, ensuring that the voice and needs of children and young people are central to our practice. Your role will involve:

• Leading a skilled and motivated team of Educational Psychologists
• Championing inclusive practices and co-produced solutions
• Contributing to strategic planning and service development
• Building effective partnerships across education, health, and social care.
