About the Team:
Lambeth EPS are inviting applications from resourceful and reflective Educational Psychologists to join our hard-working, friendly and supportive team as we expand our traded and early intervention service offer for Lambeth schools and Further Education colleges.
We offer the security and benefits of working within a local government department, alongside generous support for professional development and career progression. In addition to a generic EP role, successful candidates will have opportunities to develop an area of interest and to work alongside a range of other teams within Children’s Services. These include our newly established Area SENCOs, our Autism, Sensory, Virtual School, Behaviour Support and Early Years teams, Mental Health Support Team and Youth Justice Service. We value the promotion of relational practice, both with schools and within our team.
We have a history of strong links with Doctoral training courses and commitment to supporting Trainee Educational Psychologists on work placements. Experienced colleagues will have opportunities to develop their supervision skills through accredited supervision training and supervision of Trainee Educational Psychologists.
We work within the framework of a consultation model of service delivery with a strong emphasis on systems and person-centred thinking, partnership and collaboration. Salary: Soulbury Scale A3-A8 plus Inner London allowance, minimum starting point A5
3 SPA points (SPA points 1 and 2 previously awarded will be payable in line with Soulbury terms and conditions
