Salary: AEP scale points 13 – 16 (£44,454 rising incrementally to £47,684 ) plus LWA if applicable

About Us:
The Association of Educational Psychologists (AEP) is seeking an experienced HR and Business Services Manager. This role involves managing HR activities, ICT functions, communications, facilities, and events, contributing to the effective delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources: Manage HR activities, including employee relations, training, recruitment, and policy updates. Oversee disciplinary and grievance procedures, staff development, and complaints processes.
Organisational Management: Supervise Communications and ICT functions. Develop and implement effective administration systems.
Facilities Management and Health and Safety: Manage office buildings and equipment. Negotiate contracts for supplies and services. Ensure compliance with health and safety and data protection regulations.
Events Management: Responsibility to oversee the organisation of conferences and other events. Manage contracts for venues and third-party providers.
