What happens if a concern is raised about me?
This HCPC brochure provides registrants with information they need if a concern is raised about them. It also gives you information about the process a case will go through and the possible outcomes. You can also find more guidance from the AEP about how the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) regulates Educational Psychologists and other health and care professions here. This guidance outlines the HCPC's role in investigating concerns about whether a registrant's fitness to practise may be impaired and provides information about the types of concerns that may be investigated. The guide also explains the HCPC fitness to practise process and signposts members of the AEP to sources of support and advice.
